With over 15 years of experience in health and wellness, Shannon Petteruti, NP, is dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal vitality and longevity. As a Certified Nurse Practitioner, she specializes in hormone optimization, weight management, libido enhancement, and muscle preservation, empowering clients to live healthier, more energetic lives.

Beyond patient care, Shannon is a speaker, serial entrepreneur, and business consultant, passionate about transforming healthcare businesses into efficient, high-performing enterprises. Her expertise has earned her multiple business and startup awards, including recognition in INC Magazine. She has also worked with Hollywood actors and high-profile clientele, bringing a cutting-edge approach to anti-aging and wellness.

Jessica B. Doto 

BSN, MSN, APRN, ANP-C

Jessica is the Director and Educational Innovation & Outreach at Intellectual Medicine University.

Her background spans emergency care, flight nursing, hospital medicine, and intensive care. Since 2006, she has also specialized in medical aesthetics and IV micronutrient therapy, first in her longstanding New Jersey practice, and later as the founder of Galvanic Life and Elysara. She remains the medical director at Elysara’s 2 locations in Huntington, NY and Ithaca, NY.

Keith Huntoon

CPA, MPACc

Keith brings both financial expertise and strategic insight to IMU. As a CPA with a Master’s in Professional Accountancy, he advises on tax strategy, forecasting, and financial decision-making.

Beyond the numbers, he helps businesses identify trends, avoid unnecessary spending, and build sustainable growth. At IMU, Keith provides financial oversight and guidance to support the mission of advancing functional and anti-aging medicine education.
