1. What are the different membership levels, and how do they differ?
We offer three membership levels:

  • Essential Access ($29/month) – Designed for providers seeking foundational support, industry updates, and community engagement.
  • Premium Access ($149/month) – Includes all Essential Access benefits plus new courses every three months, monthly clinical webinars, exclusive practice resources, and discounts on business tools.
  • All-Inclusive Access ($499/month) – Our most comprehensive plan, offering full access to university courses, priority access to new content, marketing & business coaching, and advanced practice growth tools.

2. Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time to access additional resources. Downgrades are possible at the end of your billing cycle.

3. Is there an annual payment discount?
Yes!

  • Essential Access: Get 1 month FREE when you pay annually.
  • Premium Access: Get 1 month FREE when you pay for 3 months upfront.
  • All-Inclusive Access: Pay $4,791 for the year and save $1,197 (20% OFF).

4. How do I access my membership benefits?
Once you subscribe, you will receive an email with login details to your member portal, where you can access discounts, webinars, courses, and exclusive content. It is the same log-in you currently use. 

5. What kind of courses are included?

  • Premium Access members receive a new course every three months.
  • All-Inclusive Access members receive one course per month or complete access to all courses if they choose the annual plan.

6. How do the monthly Q&A sessions with Dr. Stephen Petteruti work?
All members get access to a monthly Q&A session where Dr. Petteruti answers provider questions on clinical best practices, medications, patient care, and industry trends.

7. How do the monthly webinars work?
Our Monthly Clinical Webinars provide expert-led discussions on clinically relevant topics, featuring different industry leaders each month, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and specialists.

These interactive sessions cover treatment protocols, medication updates, case studies, business strategies, and regulatory updates, with recordings available for on-demand access. Webinars typically run 30-45 minutes. Exclusive to Premium and All-Inclusive Access members, participants receive a private link to join each month.

8. If I am an all-inclusive member, why don't I have access to all the documents in DocuHub?
As an All-Inclusive member, you receive 10 free downloads per month that we share with the All-Inclusive community each month. In addition, feel free to search the database and 20% off any additional document purchases in DocuHub. This structure ensures that we can continually update and expand our resource library with high-quality, evidence-based templates, protocols, and practice management tools.

By maintaining a fair usage policy, we support ongoing content development while providing members with significant savings and access to the most valuable resources.

9. Can I purchase individual courses and still be an Essential or Premium member?
Yes! As an Essential or Premium member, you can still purchase individual courses separately. Many members appreciate the flexibility of selecting courses that align with their interests while enjoying the benefits of the Longevity Leadership community.

10. What is the "Marketing Blueprint & Business Coaching" benefit?
All-Inclusive Access members receive expert marketing strategies and monthly business coaching calls to help grow and scale their practice successfully.

11. What are "Business Boot Camps," and how do I get a discount?
"Business Boot Camps include comprehensive business solutions, such as courses, protocols, consent forms, and operational guides for launching or expanding your practice. All membership levels get discounted access to Boot Camps.

12. What happens if I miss a payment?
If a payment fails, you will receive a notification, and we will attempt to charge your account again. If the payment is not completed within 7 days, your access will be paused until the issue is resolved.

15. Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time but we do require 30 days notice. However, refunds are not provided for partial months. If you cancel an annual plan, your access will continue until the end of your paid period. Again, there are no partial refunds on prepaid plans because of the nature of having access to all of IMED's courses up front.

16. How do I contact support if I have questions?
You can reach out via email or through your member portal for any membership or technical support inquiries.

17. Why do I have to pay 3-months up front?
Requiring a 3-month upfront payment ensures a commitment to the program, allowing us to provide high-quality resources, consistent updates, and valuable support to our members. This structure also helps streamline administrative processes and ensures members have adequate time to experience the full benefits of their plan. After the initial 3 months, billing continues on a monthly basis.
