- All-Inclusive Access ($499/month) – Our most robust tier, giving you full access to all university courses, monthly coaching calls, new content as it's released, advanced business growth tools, and priority access to upcoming training.
Note: All plans require a 6-month minimum commitment to support consistency, engagement, and optimal results for your practice.

2. Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time. Downgrades can be made after your 6-month commitment and will take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
3. Is there an annual payment discount?

- Essential Access:Â Get 1 month FREE when you pay annually.
- Premium Access:Â Get 1 month FREE when you pay annually.
- All-Inclusive Access:Â Pay $4,791 for the year and save $1,197 (20% OFF).
4. How do I access my membership benefits?
 After subscribing, you’ll receive an email with your login credentials. Log in to access your dashboard, courses, downloads, webinar links, and more.
5. What kind of courses are included?
- Premium Access members receive a new, unreleased course every three months—not listed on the public course catalog.
- All-Inclusive Access members receive one new course each month with the monthly plan, or unlimited access to the entire course library—including all new releases—when enrolled in the annual plan.
6. How do the monthly Q&A sessions with Dr. Stephen Petteruti work?
All members are invited to monthly live Q&A sessions where Dr. Petteruti shares clinical insights and answers provider questions on protocols, trends, and complex cases.
7. What are the Monthly Clinical Webinars?
Premium and All-Inclusive members get access to monthly webinars covering advanced clinical topics, treatment strategies, and functional medicine innovations. Each session is recorded for on-demand access.
8. If I’m an All-Inclusive member, why don’t I have access to every DocuHub document?
All-Inclusive members receive 10 free DocuHub downloads per month, plus 20% off additional resources. This ensures sustainable, high-quality content development while still offering top-tier value.
9. Can I purchase individual courses if I’m a member?
Yes! Essential and Premium members can purchase additional courses at any time, often with a member-exclusive discount.
10. What is the “Marketing Blueprint & Business Coaching” benefit?
All-Inclusive members get access to monthly coaching calls focused on strategy, marketing, and operational growth—designed to help you scale and streamline your practice.
11. What are Business Boot Camps, and do members receive discounts?
Boot Camps are comprehensive business buildouts (e.g., IV therapy, hormone optimization, aesthetics) that include protocols, SOPs, training, and more. All membership tiers receive discounted access.
12. What happens if I miss a payment?
You’ll be notified, and we’ll attempt to process payment again. If it’s not resolved within 7 days, access will be paused until the issue is corrected.
13. Can I cancel my membership?
Yes—after the 6-month minimum commitment is fulfilled. Cancellations require 30 days’ notice, and no refunds are issued for partial months or unused time.
