Seven-Month Business Implementation and Growth Support

Build the Systems Behind Your Prostate Program

Knowing how to provide prostate-focused care is different from building a service that works inside your practice. The Seven-Month Business Implementation and Growth Program gives you continued guidance as you move from training through preparation, launch, early patient enrollment, and program improvement.

This is not a course library or a collection of generic business templates. It is structured implementation support based on the systems used to operate the Intellectual Medicine Prostate Protocol.

The appropriate team members will participate based on your goals, current stage, and areas of focus. Between meetings, you may submit brief business questions.

Business implementation meetings focus on program development, pricing, workflows, staffing, enrollment, and growth. Clinical questions are addressed through the designated case-review process, ensuring each question receives attention in the appropriate setting.
